This week I visited our facility outside of Baltimore where we support one of my favs SCOUT Bags to go through a QBR and finalize all the details for Black Friday/Cyber Monday! At Barrett Distribution Centers, Inc. peak prep means making sure every detail is locked in before the first surge of orders hits: ✅ Supplies stocked ✅ Carrier pickups scheduled and confirmed ✅ Promotional calendars aligned with our customers ✅ Transportation strategy secured and optimized ✅ Every item slotted where it belongs for the holidays ✅ Labor plans in place (with plenty of contingencies) for the 14 days post Cyber Monday Right now, it’s the calm before the storm. But the orders are about to be flowing!
