From managing deadlines, family moments, and everything in between, thank you for bringing your best both at work and at home.

Today, as we observe Juneteenth, we honor the resilience, strength, and contributions of African Americans throughout history and within our own organization.

Building expertise from the ground up. Team members from across the country recently gathered in Folsom, CA, for a three-day immersive training on our SHAWOOD brand. Representing a variety of roles from design to customer care, executive leadership to construction and purchasing, this diverse group gained a deeper understanding of not only SHAWOOD's precision-driven technology and construction methods, but also the core values that set Sekisui House apart from other builders. A special thank you to our Northern California team for hosting the event and welcoming us so warmly. We look forward to future training sessions that continue to build knowledge and collaboration across our teams.

It was an honor to accept Builder Magazine's 2026 Builder of the Year award at the Builder 100 Summit, surrounded by so many industry leaders. We celebrated Take Your Child to Work Day with fun activities and smiling faces! It was a special opportunity for the kids to see what their amazing parents accomplish every day across our Sekisui House U.S. family. Thank you to all the kids for filling our spaces with joy and wonder — you were the stars of the day!
