  • “What we do really, really right is our doctor support.” SPG was built by dentists who understand what it takes to become confident delivering full-arch implant care at a high level. That means doctors are backed by: • Mentorship from experienced implant doctors • A national peer network for tough cases, shared wins, and real-time support • Systems that let doctors focus on delivering life-changing care Full-arch dentistry is demanding. Doctors should not have to master it in isolation. SPG gives passionate dentists the infrastructure, mentorship, and peer network to grow clinically while helping patients regain their ability to eat, smile, and live confidently. As SPG Co-Founder Dr. Austin Davis explains: “If you’re having a bad day or a tough case—or you want to show off—there’s always someone to listen who is actually interested in what you’re doing.” Interested in building your full-arch career with SPG? • “It’s the colleagues. It’s the camaraderie. It’s the group learning. It’s having that backdrop.” That is one of the biggest advantages of being part of SPG. You are not building your full-arch career in isolation. You have access to experienced doctors, shared clinical knowledge, mentorship, and a network of colleagues who understand the challenges of the work. That support helps doctors improve faster, make better decisions, and grow into stronger clinicians and leaders. Interested in becoming an SPG doctor? • “I wake up excited to go to work because every day, we get to change somebody’s life.” That is the difference between simply practicing dentistry and building a career around meaningful transformation. In general dentistry, much of the work is necessary, but it can become repetitive. Fillings, crowns, and isolated problems often address one tooth at a time. Full-arch dentistry requires a different perspective. You step back, evaluate the entire mouth, and determine what will create the best long-term outcome for the patient. Then you have the opportunity to rebuild not only their smile, but their confidence, comfort, and quality of life. That work is clinically demanding. It also carries a level of impact and appreciation that is difficult to find elsewhere in dentistry. At SPG Dental Implant Centers, doctors are supported by mentors and a national network of clinicians who have faced similar situations. You are responsible for leading the case, but you are not expected to develop in isolation. As Dr. Kyle Hargis explains: “You’re never on an island.” Learn more about building a full-arch career with SPG Dental Implant Centers. https://lnkd.in/gy4e2cUb https://lnkd.in/ep9pr3sC

  • “Dentists should be able to grow clinically, provide life-changing care, and build a great life for their families.” That is the kind of career SPG is working to create. Doctors have the opportunity to develop advanced full-arch skills, treat complex cases regularly, and learn alongside a national network of experienced clinicians. But clinical growth is only part of it. The goal is to build an environment where doctors can lead strong teams, care for people at a high level, and create a career they can stay in for the long term. SPG was founded by dentists who saw consolidation changing the profession and believed there had to be a better model, one built around doctor development, collaboration, and patient-first care. As Dr. Matt Guarino puts it: “We want to be a place where dentists can really succeed and spend their entire career with us.” Learn more about doctor career opportunities with SPG Dental Implant Centers: https://lnkd.in/gy4e2cUb https://lnkd.in/ep9pr3sC

  • “They have to care. It can’t just be a job.” That is how Cassy Lee describes what separates strong SPG teams. In full-arch implant dentistry, everything starts with the doctor. The doctor sets the tone for the office, the patient experience, and the way the team shows up each day. But the doctor is not doing it alone. Around them is a full team: the DA, the practice operations manager, the smile consultant, and the people helping guide each patient from the first call to the final reveal. Cassy talks about patients who wait 10 or 15 years before finally asking for help. For the team, this may be a process they have seen hundreds of times. For the patient, it may be the first time they have found the courage to walk through the door. That perspective has to start with leadership. “You’ve done it a hundred times. They’ve done it once.” Interested in becoming an implant surgeon with SPG? “I don’t think that success correlates with skill. It correlates much more with grit.” That’s how Dr. Derek Williams thinks about what separates doctors who keep growing from doctors who stall. Becoming a great implant doctor is not just about learning the procedure. Skill matters, but skill alone does not carry you through the hard parts. The beginning is usually exciting. You have a new goal, a new clinical path, and a bigger vision for what your career could become. But the real test comes later, when the work gets repetitive, challenging, uncomfortable, or slower than you expected. That is where great doctors separate themselves. They keep showing up when the process is no longer new. They keep asking questions when the answer is not obvious. They keep accepting feedback even when they already have a direction they want to go. Dr. Williams describes one of SPG’s core values as compassionate clarity. For doctors, that means having the humility to listen and the will to keep moving forward. That is also why the SPG network matters. Doctors are not only supported clinically. They are pushed to become better communicators, better leaders, and better teammates. Because great implant doctors do not just place implants. They lead people. They serve patients. They build trust. They learn how to keep growing when the work gets hard. “The truly successful ones continue to push when it gets boring and monotonous or really challenging.” Interested in becoming an implant surgeon with SPG? • “Pick your hard. Quitting is hard. Keep moving forward is hard.” That’s how Dr. Leke Olowokere talks about the moments that test doctors in full-arch implant dentistry. Every doctor who grows into this work eventually faces something uncomfortable. A difficult treatment plan. A complication. A nervous patient. A case that forces you to slow down, think clearly, and decide what kind of clinician you want to become. For Dr. Leke, fear is not always a bad thing. A lot of the time, it comes from wanting to be excellent and wanting to do right by the patient. But fear cannot be the thing that makes the decision. That is where the SPG platform matters. Doctors are not expected to figure everything out alone. They have access to other clinicians, mentors, resources, and a network of people who are willing to answer the phone when things get hard. Not just people who can help. People who want to help. That kind of support changes how doctors grow. It gives them the confidence to prepare well, communicate clearly, execute the plan, and keep moving forward. “You’re not on an island by yourself.” Interested in becoming an implant surgeon with SPG? • “The doctors that really become elite at this are relentless in their pursuit of being better.” That’s how Dr. Grady Gores describes the doctors who grow fastest in implant dentistry. They do not always come into SPG with the most advanced implant background. What matters more is how hungry they are to improve, how open they are to coaching, and how willing they are to keep pushing into harder clinical situations without becoming reckless. That is where the SPG model is different. Doctors are not left to figure it out alone. They are surrounded by a national community of clinicians doing the same work in different markets, without competing against each other. They can talk through cases, share what they are seeing, call another doctor when something feels uncertain, and get over-the-shoulder support when a case calls for it. Grady’s own story shows what that environment can produce. He took a chance on SPG over three years ago and committed himself to becoming elite. Recently, he was recognized nationally by Neodent for consistently delivering high-impact care. For dentists who want to grow into full-arch implant dentistry, the right community matters. “They’re able to just block out noise and continue to execute and continue to move the bar.” Interested in becoming an implant surgeon with SPG?
