There was a time when preparing for a monitoring visit meant dropping everything else at our site. Binders of source docs came off the shelves. Regulatory documents had to be tracked down. Pending signatures suddenly became urgent. Everyone hoped the monitor would not ask about that one visit where things seemed to go sideways... That was our reality, too. For a long time, we thought that was simply part of running a research site. Then we asked a different question: What if we could be ready every day instead of scrambling when a monitor was coming? That idea became the foundation for SiteCentric's Compliance, Quality, and eISF tools. Today, regulatory documents, training records, quality checks, and study milestones all live in one place, making compliance part of the daily workflow instead of a last minute project. What would it feel like to be audit ready all the time? Learn more at SiteCentric.com Built by sites. For sites. #ClinicalTrialCompliance #AuditReady #eISF #SiteCentric

If you've ever managed clinical trial finances, you know the struggle of juggling dozens of spreadsheets, submitting and resubmitting invoices, double checking source documents and visit notes to make sure every billable procedure was captured, and living with the nagging feeling that some revenue might still be left on the table. That was our reality too. For a long time, we thought it was simply part of running a research site. We knew there had to be a better way. Today, SiteCentric connects study budgets, visit tracking, invoicing, sponsor payments, and patient reimbursements in one place, giving site finance teams a clear picture of where every dollar stands. Clinical trial billing is complicated, but managing it shouldn't be. Built by sites. For sites. Learn more at SiteCentric.com #ClinicalTrialBilling #RevenueManagement #SiteCentric #ClinicalResearch

Patient recruitment used to live everywhere except one place.... - Sticky notes with callback reminders. - Referral logs in spreadsheets. - Screening notes in binders. - Whiteboards with enrollment goals. - Email chains tracking physician outreach. Everyone had part of the story. No one had the whole picture. Sound familiar? As our research sites grew, we realized recruitment wasn't just about finding patients. It was about staying organized, staying on top of every referral, understanding what was working, and making sure no potential participant slipped through the cracks. So, we built functionality that directly connects all the pieces of the patient recruitment and advertising story. The result: one place to manage referrals, track recruitment progress, and document outreach from first contact through enrollment. Better recruitment starts with better visibility. Visit windows. Protocol deviations. Patient no-shows. Unscheduled visits. Those were the words that used to make our stomachs drop. In our early days as a research site, our CRCs kept everything straight with a paper calendar, patient charts, printed protocols, handwritten visit logs — and more than a few sticky notes. If a visit was missed or rescheduled, someone had to recalculate the schedule by hand. And then update it everywhere. For a long time, we thought that was just part of the job. Today, SiteCentric: - Creates visit schedules directly from the protocol - Alerts users to visit windows automatically - Gives the site team one place to manage the entire clinic schedule The result? Fewer missed visits, fewer deviations, and CRCs who spend their time on patients instead of paperwork. Less time counting days on a calendar. More time to take care of patients. We built the system our sites had always wished they'd had. See more here: https://lnkd.in/eYzktDQV Built by sites. For sites. #ClinicalResearch #CTMS #BusinessDevelopment #SiteCentric #ResearchSites

Is your study pipeline living in a spreadsheet only one person understands? 18 years ago, ours was. We tracked study opportunities with a complex spreadsheet that worked... until it didn't. Missed follow-ups, duplicated sponsor calls, and lack of visibly lead to our sites missing out on important study opportunities. The spreadsheet was limiting our company’s growth, so we set out to build something better. Today, that idea has grown into SiteCentric's Business Development module, which includes: - AI-enabled study opportunity finder - Shared study pipeline for our site team - Study start-up tracking from feasibility through FPV - Effective management of industry contacts - Reporting on conversions from leads to wins The result: no lost opportunities, no duplicated outreach, and full visibility into every study before it becomes a missed one. The challenges haven't changed. How you solve them has.
Before SiteCentric, we were clinical research sites facing the same challenges as everyone else: Our regulatory department was filled with binders; financial reports were in disconnected spreadsheets; patient visits were tracked in paper planners; and sticky notes filled the gaps between disconnected systems. So in 2006, our team at CNS Healthcare started building the tools we wished existed. We were not trying to build a software platform; we were trying to run our clinical trials and our company more efficiently. Every feature solved a real problem we faced, from study startup and regulatory management to patient scheduling, study finances, and audit preparation. Over the next 18 years, those internal tools evolved into SiteCentric. Today, research sites across the industry use the same platform we built for ourselves, and they continue to shape its future with their feedback. Built by sites. For sites.
