The Building Futures Partnership was created to bring Pima Community College, University of Arizona Online | Arizona Online Professional Studies, industry, and workforce partners together around one shared goal: strengthening Southern Arizona's talent pipeline. Before we shape future educational programs, inform Southern Arizona Construction Career Days, and develop new workforce training opportunities, we need to hear directly from employers about where the greatest workforce gaps exist. Whether you're struggling to hire equipment operators, estimators, project managers, electricians, engineers, surveyors, CDL drivers, or another critical role, we want to hear from you. That experience doesn't happen overnight.
