As SunCap continues to grow its multifamily platform, we're excited to welcome Adam Kirby to the team as Construction Manager in our Charlotte office. Adam will support projects from preconstruction through completion, partnering with consultants and general contractors to help bring new multifamily communities to life. His work will include Markley + Main in Greenville, SC, as well as SunCap's upcoming multifamily development in Charlotte's Dilworth neighborhood. A Clemson University graduate, Adam joins our growing Construction team with a passion for building and an eagerness to make an immediate impact. Outside of work, you'll likely find him on the golf course, skiing out west, or spending time with his Chocolate Lab, Lenny. We're excited to welcome Andrew McLaughlin and Peter Kramer to our Pittsburgh office as summer interns. Peter is a rising junior at Lehigh University majoring in finance with a minor in real estate, while Andrew is a rising junior at the University of Wisconsin pursuing dual majors in finance and real estate. Throughout the summer, they'll gain hands on experience across SunCap's investment and development platforms, supporting credit analysis, capital markets research, financial modeling, and development and construction activities. This month marked a major milestone at Gilbert Spectrum with the groundbreaking of Building 8, the eighth and final building in a business park more than a decade in the making. Developed by SunCap Property Group and Inclenberg Investments, the 101,000 square foot speculative industrial building represents the culmination of years of planning, development, and partnership. A special thank you to Graycor, which has served as SunCap's general contractor partner on the majority of the park, and Bowman Engineering & Consulting (BEC), which provided civil engineering expertise throughout the development of all eight buildings. Over the past decade, Gilbert Spectrum has grown into a thriving business park serving a diverse mix of industry leading companies. Building 8 is anticipated to deliver in Q2 2027. Congratulations to everyone who helped bring this vision to life, especially Gilbert, Arizona Office of Economic Development. SunCap joined Charlotte’s commecial real estate community at the Six on Six Volleyball Classic, supporting The Relatives and the work they do for youth in crisis. Yesterday, we celebrated 10 years with Patrick Theodossiou, our Development Director. Patrick's SunCap story started before he even graduated. He joined us as an intern while earning his master's degree from UNC Charlotte, and he never really left. A decade later, he's one of the most trusted members of our Charlotte team. Over the years, Patrick has been deeply involved in market and site underwriting. For the past two years, he's taken the lead on build-to-suit development for some of SunCap's most important clients, running due diligence, entitlements and development oversight from start to finish. He has a way of turning complex projects into seamless experiences and a knack for creating fans out of clients along the way. But Patrick hasn't just grown professionally at SunCap — he's grown personally too. In 10 years, he and his family have welcomed four kids. That's a lot of life lived alongside this company, and we don't take that lightly. Thank you, Patrick, for a decade of dedication, hard work and partnership.
