We turned back the clock at TAM Residential for 70s, 80s & 90s Day!   From rock vibes and neon colors to grunge flannel and nostalgic throwbacks, our corporate office team had a blast celebrating some of the most iconic decades in music, fashion, and pop culture.   A little fun, a lot of team spirit, and plenty of laughs made for a groovy day at the office. Moments like these are a great reminder that strong workplace culture is built not only through collaboration, but through connection.   While there were several standout looks throughout the office, our Accounting Team definitely brought their A-game.   A special shoutout to Penny, who took throwback style to the next level and stole the show. We're growing the marketing team at TAM Residential, and we're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join us! This is a role for someone who can hold the big picture and the details at the same time. You'll partner with our VP of Marketing, regional leadership, and asset management to drive leasing performance across the portfolio, own digital campaigns, analyze what's working, study competitive positioning, and translate findings into recommendations that improve the marketing mix property by property. We're a multifamily operator with a strong affordable housing footprint, which means the work has real weight. Marketing here means helping connect people to homes they need. What we're looking for: • 4-5 years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and Google Analytics • Strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate clear, strategic recommendations • Project management discipline and excellent written and verbal communication • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Multifamily or real estate background required • Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and Canva Travel is under 10%.
