We're looking for a Principal Hardware Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and development of high-performance communication products from concept through production. Key Responsibilities ✅ Design and develop telecom hardware, test platforms, and prototype boards for communication products. ✅ Lead schematic capture, PCB design reviews, board bring-up, and hardware verification. ✅ Develop complex hardware architectures and define detailed hardware requirements. ✅ Select components and create complete schematic designs for high-reliability products. ✅ Perform board bring-up, debugging, validation, and design verification. ✅ Conduct structured root cause analysis and resolve complex hardware issues. ✅ Develop comprehensive design verification plans (DVP) and test plans. ✅ Collaborate with firmware, FPGA, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineering teams. ✅ Work closely with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and customers to ensure successful product delivery. ✅ Support product certification activities with external compliance laboratories Required Qualifications ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. ✔ 15+ years of hardware design and development experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry. ✔ Strong experience in high-speed digital hardware design and system integration. ✔ Hands-on experience with board bring-up, hardware debugging, and lab validation. ✔ Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design CAD tools (Altium, Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, or similar). ✔ Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other electronic test equipment. ✔ Strong knowledge of: PCIe DDR4 SERDES JESD204B UART High-speed PCB design principles ✔ Experience supporting regulatory and product certifications through external laboratories. ✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills. ✔ Willingness to travel up to 10% for supplier visits, manufacturing support, and hardware bring-up activities. 📩 Apply Now!
