My wife and I recently attended the Leavitt Group Annual Conference. It's always great to reconnect with familiar faces, catch up with friends and colleagues, and welcome new agencies into the Leavitt family. Every year, it's incredible to see the continued growth of this organization while maintaining such a strong sense of community. During my first year with Leavitt Group, I was honored to earn Circle of Excellence. As part of that recognition, my wife and I were invited on the Circle of Excellence trip to Ireland. What an adventure! I've had the privilege of working for some amazing companies throughout my career, and it's been an incredible journey. When I joined Leavitt Group, I was excited because it felt like a company built around family, with an exceptional culture and strong values. Ireland confirmed that first impression. The scenery was breathtaking. The food was outstanding. The adventures were unforgettable. But what stood out most wasn't any of those things. One evening at dinner, Eric Leavitt, our CEO, came over and sat with us. There was no agenda, just genuine conversation. He took the time to get to know my wife and me on a personal level. He was vulnerable, transparent, and candid. In today's world, that kind of authentic leadership is rare, and it left a lasting impression. Fast forward to the awards ceremony. As we enjoyed dinner together, my wife looked me in the eyes and, with emotion in her voice, said, "You found a good one, babe." She wasn't talking about the trip. She was talking about the company. Leavitt Group, thank you for creating a culture where people matter, leadership is genuine, and success is shared. I'm proud to be part of the Leavitt family.
