We are delighted to welcome Dylan, Alannah, Aoife, and Erik to the Maybourne Beverly Hills team as part of our 2026 Emerging Leaders Program. They join us from Shannon College of Hotel Management, bringing with them a passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to learn from industry leaders! As they begin this exciting journey, they will gain hands-on experience across key areas of luxury hospitality while developing the leadership, operational, and guest service skills that will shape their future careers. Aoife joins our Rooms Division as a Front Office Supervisor Intern, under the mentorship of Jami Quan and Etienne Ducasse. While Dylan, Erik, and Alannah join our Food & Beverage Division as Assistant Food & Beverage Interns, supporting our Restaurants & Bars, In-Room Dining, and Banquets teams, under the mentorship of Damon Gordon, Roberta Ambrosino, and Jonathan Sheley. We are thrilled to have them part of the team and look forward to seeing the unique perspectives, energy, and talent they bring as they help create Stories of Distinction for our guests and colleagues alike!

In May, we proudly celebrated Maybourne Day across all of our distinctive properties Claridge's, The Connaught, The Berkeley, The Emory, The Maybourne Riviera, and here at The Maybourne Beverly Hills. As we celebrate for the third year, Maybourne Day is more than just a date, it’s a celebration of our people, our purpose, and the shared mindset that unites us under one Maybourne roof to Create Stories of Distinction. We kicked off with a lively Pancake Extravaganza prepared by our Senior Leadership Team, followed by a “Three Cities” themed lunch highlighting Los Angeles, the French Riviera, and London through thoughtfully curated dishes. The highlight of the day was our vibrant Maybourne Day Fair, where each department hosted immersive and interactive tables, bringing to life how they Create Stories of Distinction for our guests and giving colleagues a deeper appreciation of one another’s craft. Colleagues also participated in “Be Part of the Story,” adding their handprints to our heart-of-house wall as a lasting symbol of our shared journey.
