  • Our Wine Director Elizabeth Dames on what she's pouring this summer!

Looking for something to drink in this summer heat? My answer: look up. When vines grow at elevation, the temperature swings between day and night are dramatic. Warm days build ripeness and flavor. Cold nights preserve acidity and freshness. That tension is everything. It's what gives a high-altitude wine its particular kind of electricity, and the sense that there's something alive in the glass even on the hottest evening. Bottles on our list I keep coming back to right now: Viñedos de Alcohuaz, Syrah, Elqui Valley, Chile 2020 — vines planted above 6,500 feet in the Atacama foothills. Haunting, precise, unlike anything else on our list. Terrazas de los Andes, Malbec, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina 2022 — the Andes at their most expressive. Bright, structured, and built for this season. Come find me at The Perlant. I'd love to open something for you. The Perlant

  • We're growing our team. 👇🏽 The Perlant belongs in every major city. That's the vision. But visions only become reality with the right people. We're looking for a Membership Director to join us in Atlanta, someone who will be the face of our membership community and help us continue building something truly special. This role is for someone who leads with relationships, not transactions. Someone warm, polished, and genuinely passionate about hospitality and wine. Someone who understands that membership here isn't a sale — it's an invitation into a community of humble, generous, kind people. We're 500+ memberships strong and still growing. The person stepping into this role will own that momentum and carry it forward. If you know someone who belongs in this seat, we'd love an introduction. And if that someone is you, even better.

  • The vision is every major city. The work starts with the right people. Our founder Christian Ries on who we're looking for in Nashville.

We're growing our team. 👇🏽 The Perlant belongs in every major city. That's the vision. But visions only become reality with the right people. As we prepare to open in Nashville, we're looking for a Membership Director to help us build our founding community in The Gulch from the ground up, the same way we did it in Atlanta. One conversation at a time. This role is for someone who leads with relationships, not transactions. Someone warm, polished, and genuinely passionate about hospitality and wine. Someone who understands that membership isn't a sale; it's an invitation into something worth belonging to. If someone in your network comes to mind, I'd be incredibly grateful for an introduction.

  • Our kitchen believes that produce should always have the spotlight. Chef Jordan Sanchez on how summer shapes everything we put on the plate, like our Local Burrata with the season's best tomatoes and peaches.

My rule for summer: lead with the tomato. In Georgia, July is when they're actually worth building around. Most of what goes on the menu this month comes from conversations with our farmers about what they're proud of right now, not what we planned in January. The season makes better decisions than we do. Come taste what July looks like at The Perlant.

  • Summer is when corporate entertaining either disappears completely or becomes the most meaningful touchpoint of the year. Members use The Perlant for team dinners, client tastings, and small celebrations that get remembered. The wine program gives those evenings a character most restaurants can't offer. If you're thinking about bringing your team or clients together before summer ends, reach out. We'd love to help.

  • Our founder Christian Ries spoke with Authority Magazine on what it really takes to start over, and what it means to build something worth believing in.

When I was twelve, my parents asked me what I wanted to do with my life. I said I was going to chase a professional golf career. My dad asked if I wanted to do something easier. I said no. That answer has followed me through every chapter since. I sat down with Authority Magazine to talk about what it really looks like to transition from professional sports into entrepreneurship. The discipline that carries over. The identity you have to grieve. The moments that change everything. If you're at a crossroads right now, I hope something in here resonates. https://lnkd.in/gg6P9sVK

The Perlant has a second home: we’re coming to Nashville! Over the last few years, I've spent a lot of time walking the city’s neighborhoods and meeting people over bottles of wine. Every conversation pointed to the same thing: Nashville is ready for something like The Perlant, and the Gulch is where it belongs. Three years ago in Atlanta, we started building a community before we had a space to put it in. That community is now 500+ memberships strong. I’m so excited to build the next chapter in Nashville with the same approach — 100 founding memberships, built through personal conversations, before the doors ever open. We build with humble, generous, kind people who value experiences over everything else. That's who built Atlanta. That's who will build Nashville. If you know someone who belongs in the founding cohort, please send them our way.

  • It's official: The Perlant is coming to Nashville! Our second home will be in the Gulch, with a Fall 2027 opening on the horizon. Three years ago, we opened in Atlanta with a community already in place — 300+ memberships built through personal conversations before the doors ever opened. We’ve since grown to more than 500 memberships, with 4.8-star member satisfaction rating and trips that sell out within an hour of release. We’re already starting to build the same community in Nashville: our founding cohort of 100 memberships is forming now. • Today at The Perlant, we're settling it the only way we know how. USA vs. Australia. World Cup 2026. Two teams, two bottles, one Wine Library. In the spirit of the match, we're pouring both sides of the pitch: USA: Massican, Gemina, California 2023 Zesty lemon, fig and ginger. Saline, with a bright finish. Australia: Fighting Gully Road, Sangiovese, Beechworth, Australia 2021 Spiced cherries, wild herbs, cassis, and a whisper of licorice. These wines are a part of our ongoing Drink Through the List series, our curated guide to the hidden gems and quiet favorites that keep us coming back to our Wine Library, one bottle at a time. Whoever wins on the pitch, the real victory is in the glass. Cheers, and game on!
