On June 15, Project Representative Fred Roman and his son, Jesse, reached the summit of Mount Sherman (14,036') in Colorado after months of preparation and training. The summit was rewarding, but the journey to get there was even more meaningful. Fred proudly carried the company flag to the top, representing the same commitment, perseverance, and dedication he brings to every project. Congratulations, Fred, on an incredible accomplishment and unforgettable family experience!

Last week, our interns had their boots on the ground, gaining firsthand experience through site visits to KCI Aviation and the Clarksburg Water Board. From learning about critical infrastructure and engineering projects to seeing how water systems serve our communities, it was a chance to connect classroom knowledge with real-world applications. To cap off a great week of learning and teamwork, we headed to Morgantown to cheer on the West Virginia Black Bears and enjoy an evening at the ballpark. We're proud to invest in the next generation of professionals and provide experiences that help them grow, learn, and build connections throughout the industry.
