We sent four players to the finals, and we’re coming home with a 100% win rate - every single player scored a trophy! In total, the team captured an impressive 6 trophies: Category B: 🥇 1st Place: Andrey Klichev (plus the High Break title!) 🥈 2nd Place: Fathi Mahroum 🥉 3rd Place: Mounir Kot Category A: 🥇 1st Place: Arkady Arbitman (plus a second trophy for High Break!) 𝐏𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐦 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 🤍   A group of Tower employees and their families took time away from their day-to-day work to make a difference by volunteering at the Megadim Youth Village in Migdal HaEmek - a unique therapeutic community that provides a safe and caring environment for youth at risk.   The team joined the inspiring social imitative "Turning Lemons into Lemonade" led by Doron Zexer, driven by deep gratitude for recovering from a severe injury. Doron and his group lead and execute meaningful community contributions with purpose of offering others renewed hope.   This year, Tower had the privilege of contributing both financial support and hands on volunteering work to this initiative by having a team of our employees join groups from all over the country to help paint, clean, and renovate the living spaces for the children and the dedicated staff who support them. A great thank you to our incredible volunteers, Doron, and everyone involved, for their devotion and kind hearts.   #TowerSemiconductor #CommunityImpact #CorporateSocialResponsibility #CSR #MakingADifference קבוצה של עובדי טאואר וילדיהם לקחו פסק זמן מהעשייה השוטפת והגיעו לאירוע התנדבות מיוחד בכפר הנוער "מגדים" במגדל העמק - מרחב המעניק בית חם, מעטפת משפחתית והזדמנות אמיתית לילדים ובני נוער בסיכון.   המתנדבים הצטרפו למיזם ההתנדבותי "להפוך את הלימון ללימונדה" בהובלתו של דורון זקצר – פרויקט מעורר השראה שנולד מתוך הכרת תודה על החזרה לחיים אחרי פציעה קשה, בו דורון ותומכיו מובילים ומבצעים מידי שנה מהפכים משמעותיים למען הקהילה בישראל.    השנה הייתה לטאואר הזכות לקחת חלק במיזם המבורך - הן בתרומה כספית, הן בביצוע עבודות תשתית במקום על ידי עובדי החברה ועד לשיא המרגש בו מתנדבים מטאואר ובני משפחותיהם הצטרפו אל עוד עשרות מתנדבים שהגיעו מכל חלקי הארץ לצביעה, ניקיון, טיפוח וחידוש מרחב המחיה של הילדים והצוות.   תודה ענקית לכל המתנדבים שלנו וכמובן לדורון ולשותפים על המסירות והלב הרחב.
