This one was for the books. 👏 Our CEO, Terry Montesi, joined our friends in Arlington, including Marty Wieder, and fellow industry leaders at Bisnow’s Tarrant County State of the Market for a thoughtful conversation about the future of mixed-use development, placemaking and repositioning. A major milestone is here for Anthem. Trademark Property Company and Harrison Street Asset Management are officially ✨breaking ground✨ on the $135+ million transformation of the former Lincoln Square shopping center in Arlington, Texas, with InterBank providing refinancing and construction financing for the project. 🏗️ The 43-acre redevelopment will create a vibrant retail, dining and entertainment destination with improved walkability, public green space, art, outdoor gathering areas and community programming. 2026 continues to be a strong year for leasing! 📈✨ As we head into the second half of the year, our leasing team has delivered +275K square feet of new leases, while our specialty leasing program, led by Sarah Uren, generated $4.6 million in revenue. 👏 Daniel Goldware, SVP of Leasing at Trademark, shared: "Our strongest results come from thinking beyond the transaction. By focusing on intentional merchandising, meaningful partnerships, and long-term value, we've continued to evolve our portfolio into destinations that serve both retailers and the communities around them." Longview Mall continues to build momentum. 👏✨   Following Trademark Property’s acquisition of the property in partnership with Dillard's, strategic improvements are underway to enhance the visitor experience and support the mall’s long-term growth.   Renovations include upgraded lighting, parking lot repairs, fresh paint, enhanced landscaping, updated common areas and a new children’s play area.
