May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we spent the entire month showing up for ourselves and each other. What we did: Week 1: Wear Green Wednesday. The team wore green, shared photos, and named one thing that brings them joy or peace. Small moments of reflection that remind us we're not alone in prioritizing mental health. Week 2: EAP Spotlight. We highlighted our Employee Assistance Program, free confidential support available 24/7 for counseling, stress, anxiety, relationships, financial concerns, and more. Not just for crises. For everyday life. Week 3: Guided Virtual Meditation. A 15-minute judgment-free session led by McKayla Frankland. Cameras off, beginner-friendly, mid-week reset. Because taking 15 minutes for yourself isn't a luxury, it's maintenance. Week 4: Tips from Coworkers. We asked the team: "What's one thing you do to take care of your mental health?" The answers ranged from lifting heavy weights to playing video games, daily yoga to long walks with dogs, singing to softball, sleep to coffee with cameras off. Bonjour from Paris. Last week, our EMEA team hosted the Treasure AI Paris User Group & AI Hackathon at Spaces Les Halles. 31 attendees from 12 organizations, including Coty, Mars/Royal Canin, Nissan Europe, Danone, Accenture, Artefact, and fifty-five, spent the morning hands-on with Treasure AI Studio. Three parallel labs ran in English, French, and a dedicated partner track. All three covered the same end-to-end flow: data exploration, segment, journey, email content, performance dashboard. Built from natural language conversations with our AI agent. What stood out: 💎 What used to take weeks took minutes. Data quality audits that normally backlog for months were running live in the room. 💎 Multiple attendees produced working email and journey artifacts within the session. 💎 Skills was the feature that generated the most forward-looking interest. Once customers understood how to create governed, reusable skills to enforce shared definitions across teams, the conversation shifted from "can AI do this?" to "how do we roll this out responsibly across our organization?" The cross-company conversations over coffee were as valuable as the labs themselves. Big thanks to the Treasure AI EMEA team for pulling off an incredible event. More cities are coming. Last week, our Product & Growth teams gathered for our annual summit. The mission: lock down the future of Treasure AI and what it means to move at the speed of now.
