As the senior living industry faces a growing shortage of nurses and CNAs, Trilogy is focused on long-term solutions. In a recent interview with Senior Housing News, SVP & Chief People Officer Todd Kiziminski shared why building strong talent pipelines from within is essential to meeting future demand. After building a successful CNA development program, Todd and his team took this approach even further to partner with a trusted academic partner to launch the Trilogy School of Nursing, beginning with an internal LPN track. The first cohort began this month in Ohio. Recruiting nursing talent is not a short-term staffing exercise; it is a strategic imperative tied directly to the strength and success of the company.
