  • We had an incredible time hosting our GM Experience event at US Farathane! A huge thank you to General Motors for bringing out an impressive lineup of their newest vehicle models and giving our employees the opportunity to get behind the wheel and experience them firsthand. It was a fantastic chance to explore the latest innovations, technology, and performance that GM has to offer. The fun didn't stop there! "Anything that we can do to profitably understand and improve that unplanned downtime is what we're driving at. That's the name of the game. And by applying tools like KCF, we've been able to really drive significant improvement to the operation, drive unplanned downtime to a minimum, and ultimately shift from unplanned downtime to planned downtime, which not only turns out to be less overall downtime, but a higher quality downtime." Brent Carr, CMRP, Director of Maintenance & Reliability at US Farathane.   With better visibility into equipment health, teams aren’t just reacting. They’re diagnosing, understanding, and solving problems at the root.   Watch the full customer story to see what’s behind the shift.

Last week, we took you inside US Farathane's Austin facility in Texas. This week, we're heading to Auburn Hills, Michigan, where Marshal Keating gave us a tour of the plant and shared how the team is using Intouch across the operation. The Auburn Hills site is particularly unique, serving as both US Farathane's headquarters and tech centre, alongside a busy manufacturing facility. It also houses some impressive machinery, including a 4,400-tonne molding press. It was a great opportunity to see another side of the business and learn more about the people, processes, and technology driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

  • 🦺 Driving Safety Excellence Across US Farathane 🦺 Last week, our Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) leaders from across the organization came together for our annual EHSS meeting. The team collaborated on continuous improvement opportunities, upcoming initiatives, emerging industry trends, and best practices to further strengthen our safety culture and operational excellence. Our EHSS professionals work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Materials, and Production teams to ensure safety remains a core value throughout every level of the organization. Through leadership, engagement, and proactive risk management, they help create safer workplaces and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities. We are also proud to recognize Aaron Markham as our 2026 EHS Professional of the Year. Aaron's commitment to safety excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement has been instrumental in helping our Jackson, Tennessee facility achieve an impressive milestone of one full year without a recordable injury. His leadership exemplifies the dedication and passion that make our safety culture successful. Thank you to all our EHSS professionals and site teams for their continued commitment to protecting our employees and advancing safety performance across the company. Together, we remain focused on building a stronger, safer future for everyone at US Farathane. #SafetyFirst #EHSS #ContinuousImprovement #Leadership #ManufacturingExcellence #WorkplaceSafety #Teamwork #USFarathane #SafetyCulture

  • We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Charter Township of Orion for their support during this challenging time affecting various townships across our region. While several municipalities continue to experience the varying impacts of the recent water main break in Auburn Hills, the assistance and collaboration provided by Orion Township have been instrumental in helping us maintain continuity in a safe and responsible manner. Their responsiveness, coordination, and willingness to help have played a meaningful role in allowing US Farathane to keep moving forward. We are truly appreciative of their partnership and commitment during a period that requires resilience and teamwork. #Collaboration #CommunitySupport #Appreciation
