Today we launch Portals, the biggest release in Conduit's history. Portals are one link for everything your guest needs: check-in, upsells, payments, and a built-in concierge agent that answers questions powered by your property knowledge base. How it works: Guests book, verify with a selfie against their ID, sign the check-in waiver, and add travel insurance. Then they land in a portal where an agent upsells them relevant, personalized offers: - early check-ins & late checkouts - gap nights and room upgrades - custom offers like baby cribs, private chefs, and cabanas Portals let you capture guest demand directly in conversation, while delivering a rich and personalized experience. Portals is live in Conduit today.

Conduit is now on the App Store. So you can still run operations while away from a desk. When your agents hit a decision that needs your input, they escalate it and you answer with a tap. Calls ring natively, whether it's from guests or a voice agent escalating. Multi-step platform actions can be performed on-the-go, like searching and editing your knowledge base. Just tell the Operator. Already on Conduit? It's in your settings, under Mobile app. Google Play Store coming soon. Link in the comments.

Your devices just got a brain. Today we're launching Conduit Devices: the smart locks, thermostats, and noise sensors across your properties, connected to the same AI agents that handle your guest conversations. Command any device by name. "Unlock Room 450." "Set the Penthouse to 72." One control panel across every unit, with live state on every device. A guest locked out at midnight? The agent that knows the reservation unlocks the door and replies, right in the thread. Every action is a visible tool call, so you always see what it did. And the routine work runs on schedule without anyone asking: cooling paused while a unit sits vacant, a noise check after every checkout, door codes provisioned per reservation. It works with the hardware you already run on: August, Yale, Schlage, Kwikset, ecobee, Minut, and more. See it on your own device list. Link in the comments.

Conduit is now natively integrated with Expedia. We built a direct connection into Expedia's messaging API, so replies don't have to go through the extranet anymore. Messages show up in your Conduit inbox the moment a contact sends them, same as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. If you're already running agents or workflows on those channels, they'll start working on Expedia too, no extra setup on your end. Book a demo if you'd like to try it, link's in the comments.

  • Your Conduit agents can do more than answer guests now. Until this week, an agent handled the conversation. That's your customer agent, and it still does that. What's new: internal agents that run the operation in the background. You trigger one on a schedule, a webhook, or any channel, and it runs on its own. You can also @-mention it in Slack or hand it work from the Operator. Three to try on the marketplace today: 💰 Upsell Opportunity Analysis: reads every guest conversation and flags the upsells you missed, often a few hundred dollars a reservation. ⭐ Review Analysis: turns your pile of guest reviews into clear themes and the fixes worth making. 📨 Inquiry Win-back: this one's a skill, not its own agent. You add it to your guest agent and set who's worth chasing (a 20-person group, a month-long stay, whatever you decide), and it follows up while you're still in the running. Early users saw inquiry-to-booking climb more than 15%, before touching a setting. Already on Conduit? Agents live under Agents, the skill under Skills. Add one and give it a trigger to go live. Not on Conduit? Try it now with the link below.

We've officially connected Conduit to Mews. Your AI agent can now read what's in Mews and act on it, on its own. For a while, an agent connected to your PMS could answer a question about a booking. Now it can do the work behind it. With Mews connected, the agent can: → Pull the live reservation: dates, status, balance, access codes → Look up a guest, including VIP or blocklist status, and reply in their language → Move a check-in or check-out when a guest asks → Cancel a reservation, applying the fee per your policy → Open a housekeeping or maintenance task and route it to the right department → Drop an internal note on the reservation for the team So when a guest says the AC is out, the agent opens a maintenance task for the right department, notes it on the reservation, and tells the guest it's handled. No one has to touch it. Runs on Mews? Book a demo in the comments below. Already on Conduit? Add Mews in Settings → Connections.

  • We've had voice agents for a while. Now they've gotten a lot better. For a long time, voice AI was good at conversation and not much else. It could answer questions and take a message, but anything that touched a real system ended with "let me have someone follow up." What changed is real-time tool calling. The models have been smart enough to pick the right tool and use it in the middle of a live call, fast enough that the guest never feels a long pause. And with our hospitality MCPs, our voice agent can take a booking in your PMS, change a reservation, or reset a door code, on the call, without a handoff. For our initial group of users, voice resolution went from 56% to 92%. That is the share of calls the agent finishes on its own, no callback, no human handoff. AI agents that elevate the guest experience requires the work to be done while the guest is still on the line. See below to learn more!

  • Conduit now connects to OPERA Cloud by Oracle Hospitality, the property management system that runs a huge share of the world's hotels. For a hotel, an AI agent is only as good as what it knows and what it can do. Connecting OPERA gives Conduit both. What it knows: Reservations, guest contact details, bookings, and listings sync into Conduit, along with live availability across every room type, including group blocks. The agent knows who's arriving, what they booked, which property's rules apply, and what's open to sell right now. What it can do: Through Conduit's MCP adapter for PMSes, the agent gets the full Oracle API, effectively a direct line into OPERA. It can create and modify reservations and handle the work a front desk does, on its own. On the revenue side: Because the agent sees live availability and can connect to your CRM, it works group sales too, running outreach to fill open blocks before they hit cutoff. This isn't a chat assistant sitting inside your PMS. It's an agent that sees your live inventory and your guests, and can act on both.

  • We just partnered with Track Hospitality, our exclusive STR PMS launch partner, to build something STR operators have needed for a while. Most property managers send owners a monthly statement and call it relationship management. But a statement tells you what happened, it doesn't tell you could be at risk of leaving So we built an owner health scoring skill inside Conduit, native to Track, that runs across your entire portfolio in one pass. Every owner gets scored 0-100 across eight signals: revenue trend, booking velocity, ADR stability, maintenance backlog, payout timing, guest messaging sentiment, tenure, and whether they're approaching contract renewal. What comes out the other side: → Your 10 owners who need attention this week, ranked by priority, each with the single signal to focus on → Your 10 healthiest owners, so you know who deserves a proactive call this week Link in the comments to claim it free.
