A little soccer. A little French flair. A whole lot of team spirit. ⚽🇫🇷🥐 Our Soccer watch party was the perfect excuse to come together, enjoy some themed treats, and share a few laughs between the action. It’s moments like these that help make Via Linda a great place to work. Because building a strong team isn’t just about what happens on the field—it’s about the people beside you every day. #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeEngagement #BehavioralHealth

Great leadership starts with a commitment to learning, collaboration, and continuous growth. Emily Pincus, Director of Human Resources at Via Linda Behavioral Hospital, recently joined HR leaders from across our organization for a collaborative lunch focused on sharing insights, strengthening partnerships, and learning from one another. By investing in opportunities like these, we’re building stronger teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and continuing to support the exceptional care we provide to our patients every day. #ViaLindaBehavioralHospital #Leadership #HumanResources https://lnkd.in/gAcc3SeK
Collaboration is one of the many ways we continue to grow stronger together. Jennifer Maldonado MS, SHRM-CP, Director of HR at Quail Run Behavioral Health, recently attended a collaborative lunch with fellow HR leaders from across our organization. These opportunities to connect, share insights, and learn from one another help us strengthen our teams and continue fostering a workplace where employees and those we serve can thrive. #QuailRunBehavioralHealth #HumanResources #StrongerTogether

Recovery is possible when communities come together. We were honored to participate in the David McKnight Memorial Golf Tournament, supporting a mission that brings hope and expands access to care for individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health challenges. We are grateful to stand alongside community partners who share our commitment to breaking down barriers to treatment, reducing stigma, and helping more people find the support they deserve. Thank you to everyone who made this meaningful event possible. #MentalHealthMatters #RecoveryIsPossible #CommunityPartnership
