DSPS Deputy Secretary Jennifer Garrett (left) represented our agency at the Federation of Associations of Regulatory Boards-FARB Summit on Regulatory Excellence last week in Minneapolis. She helped lead a breakout session that looked at practical strategies for building effective coalitions and engaging the public in ways that strengthen trust in regulation. Participants learned how regulatory groups can better collaborate with stakeholders and navigate competing interests while remaining grounded in a public protection mission. Thanks to Moderator Matthew Barusch, CAE and panelists Brock Ingmire and Veronica Meadows, CAE.
