Straiker has raised a $64M Series A, bringing total funding to $85M, to secure the agentic workforce. AI agents are becoming the fastest-growing workforce in the enterprise. They are writing code, connecting to tools, accessing data, and taking action across real systems. Some will be useful. Some will be weaponized. 𝑻𝑯𝑨𝑻 𝑰𝑺 𝑾𝑯𝒀 𝑺𝑻𝑹𝑨𝑰𝑲𝑬𝑹 𝑬𝑿𝑰𝑺𝑻𝑺. We help enterprises discover, test, and protect AI agents before agentic chaos becomes reality. This next chapter accelerates our investment across: 👉 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝘼𝙄 to uncover and enforce policies on agents, MCP servers, tools, and connected data sources across the enterprise 👉 𝘼𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙄 to test agents against real adversarial attacks before they create risk in production 👉 𝘿𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙄 to protect agentic workflows at runtime with high-accuracy, low-latency detection We’re also expanding STAR Labs, our AI threat research team, to keep surfacing the attack paths, threat patterns, and defensive guidance security teams need as agents move into production. Thank you to our customers, partners, team, and investors for helping us reach this milestone. Let's go Straiker! • Thrilled to welcome Auctor to the Workday Ventures portfolio! We are incredibly excited to partner with a company that is transforming enterprise software implementations with AI. Proud to support the team on this journey!

I'm excited to share that Auctor has raised $20 million led by Sequoia Capital with participation from M12, Microsoft's Venture Fund, HubSpot Ventures, Workday Ventures, OneStream Software, Y Combinator, Tercera, and DIG Ventures. Enterprise software has transformed how every industry operates, but it only creates value when it's actually implemented correctly. Hundreds of billions are spent on software implementation each year. 50% of projects fail to meet deadlines, and 1 in 6 exceeds budget by over 200%. We knew this had to change. That’s why we built Auctor. Auctor is the AI-native system of action for the full implementation lifecycle. From first discovery meeting through go-live and beyond, everything stays connected, fully traceable, and execution-ready, so services teams and system integrators deliver what they sold — faster, more consistently, and smarter with every project. I’m proud to share that leading SIs across ecosystems like ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, AWS, HubSpot, Atlassian, and OneStream are already using Auctor to drive 80%+ efficiency gains in discovery and design, improving margins, and even shifting to fixed-fee models. Want to see how Auctor can help your team? Book time below in the comments.

Big news! WRITER is featured in Inc. Magazine, out on newsstands today! 🗞️ Earlier this year Ellen McGirt spent time with our team digging into the story behind WRITER and the category-defining vision for enterprise AI that our co-founders May Habib and Waseem Alshikh have been driving for the last five years. While the industry races to ship one-size-fits-all AI tools, we’ve taken a fundamentally different approach: building trusted frontier AI systems for the high-stakes reality of the world’s largest enterprises. As Ellen writes, "WRITER has evolved to establish a beachhead in agentic AI—autonomous agents that can handle complex business processes even in highly regulated industries—and has been on a tear ever since. Its agents function like human knowledge workers, automating work across silos and functions... [helping it] quickly build the gold standard for enterprise AI and a client list that's the envy of Silicon Valley." Huge thanks to the Inc team for capturing the "why" behind WRITER and our employees, customers, investors, and partners who are building a wildly more ambitious future of work with us. https://lnkd.in/d4WjKvpU

Workday is executing a strategic shift: the move from #enterprise software as a passive system-of-record to a dynamic, AI-powered system-of-action. This is being driven forward by Workday Ventures, led by Barbry McGann. But writing cheques is only part of the equation. With #enterprise #AI shifting toward autonomous agents embedded across workflows, the speed of integration and partnership can outweigh the size of the fund. Rather than relying solely on #capital deployment, Workday is leveraging strategic partnerships to access emerging AI capabilities - embedding #innovation into its ecosystem without waiting for full #acquisition or control. Here's what McGann shared with us. (🔗in comments.) #CVC #startups #automation #invest #portfolio #software #agenticai

  • What does it take to build AI that people actually use — and value? We asked two founders in the Workday Ventures portfolio who are doing just that. Julia Stiglitz, CEO of Uplimit, is expanding access to high-quality learning — turning what was once scarce into scalable, personalized development for every employee. Ryan Alshak, CEO of Laurel, is helping enterprises quantify how human time drives their largest investments — because what gets measured gets managed. Together with Workday Ventures' Barbry McGann, they explored the journey from AI pilot to enterprise-wide adoption — and why a people-first approach makes all the difference. We're thrilled to announce that Reco has raised Series B funding, with a total funding of $85M! 🚀 This round, led by Zeev Ventures with participation from Workday Ventures, TIAA Ventures, Insight Partners, boldstart ventures, Angular Ventures, SentinelOne Ventures, and Quadrille Capital, comes less than 10 months after our last raise. The market is demanding SaaS and AI security right now. After growing 500% in 2024, Reco scaled another 400% in 2025. And these numbers tell a bigger story: → 71% of knowledge workers use AI tools without IT approval → 20% of enterprises have already experienced AI-related data leaks → Traditional security tools can't see AI agents, SaaS-to-SaaS connections, or shadow AI CISOs are no longer asking "should we adopt AI?" They're asking "how do we adopt AI safely at scale?" That's the problem Reco solves. We give enterprises visibility and control over 215+ SaaS AI, apps and agents — from Salesforce to ChatGPT to Copilot and everything in between so they can leverage AI to move quickly and smartly. Fortune 10 companies across financial services, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing trust Reco to secure their AI-driven future. Thank you to our investors for believing in this vision, our team for executing at an incredible pace, and our customers for partnering with us as we build the future of SaaS and AI security together.
