🥗 "Healthy" office catering has almost nothing to do with calorie counting. It is about composition. Lean protein, vegetables, and whole grains as the default, instead of fried trays and refined carbs that put the room to sleep by 2 PM. Built right, a healthy catered lunch is just as filling, costs about the same, and keeps the team productive through the afternoon instead of fighting a blood-sugar crash. The lever most planners miss: protein and fiber anchor the meal. They are the difference between a team that is satisfied and one that is sluggish by mid-afternoon. The full guide covers the plate formula, the five cuisines that cater healthy best, the lean-protein anchors that actually fill people up, the hidden sugar and sodium traps, and what it costs. https://lnkd.in/gijJVtsk #CorporateCatering #WorkplaceWellness #EmployeeExperience #OfficeManagement #EmployeeWellbeing

🍱 A lunch and learn is the only office meal where the food is the whole turnout strategy. People come for the content, but they show up because of the meal. Bill it as "lunch provided" with a vague sandwich tray and you get a fraction of the room. Name a real meal people actually want and the same session fills up. There is a second rule most planners miss: people eat while they listen. Laptop open, notebook out, one hand on a fork. The food has to be quiet, one-handed, no-mess, and individually portioned, or it competes with the presentation instead of supporting it. Get both right and a recurring series stays packed all year. Get them wrong and attendance bleeds out one skipped session at a time. The full guide covers the six food rules, menus by group size, cost per person, and how to feed hybrid attendees on the call. https://lnkd.in/gDbbiqzP #CorporateCatering #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeExperience #OfficeManagement #LearningAndDevelopment

🥙 "Halal" is one of the most commonly botched requests in office catering, and the reason is almost always the same: someone assumed it just meant no pork. It means a good deal more. Proper slaughter. No alcohol in the cooking (the cooking wine in a sauce counts). No cross-contact with pork on shared utensils or fryers. The good news for anyone placing the order: entire cuisines are already built around it. Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, South Asian, and Persian menus make halal one of the easiest dietary needs to cover well, not the hardest. Getting it right is one of the clearest signals an employer can send that it planned for everyone at the table. The full guide covers what to ask a caterer, zabiha vs. certified, cost per person, and Ramadan and Eid etiquette. https://lnkd.in/gA3YG_DS #CorporateCatering #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeExperience #OfficeManagement #DietaryInclusion

📊 At Am Law 50 firms, partners now bill roughly $1,900 an hour. When a four-person deal team leaves for a 75-minute lunch, the firm spends thousands in unbillable time before anyone orders an entree. A catered conference-room lunch costs $25 a head. The math is not close. Our new guide covers the billable-hour math, menus for depositions, closings, and summer associate season, and the confidentiality logistics most caterers miss: https://lnkd.in/gQCtteZA #lawfirms #legalops #corporatecatering #officemanagement #billablehours

🍽️ A noon catering drop feeds the day shift and misses the people who were on the floor at 4 a.m. Healthcare is its own catering discipline: - Three shifts to feed, not one lunch hour - Staggered 15-minute breaks at the nurses' station, so sealed grab-and-go beats a buffet - A pharma-rep lunch that is a federally reportable record under the Sunshine Act - An appreciation calendar (Nurses Week, Doctors' Day) that retention depends on Our new guide covers menus, budgets, and logistics for all 7 healthcare occasions: https://lnkd.in/g8TGPBjJ #healthcarecatering #corporatecatering #hospitaloperations #employeeappreciation #peopleops

🍱 "Boxed lunch catering" gets used loosely. A sandwich shop that bags subs is not the same as a kitchen running an individual-meal program. The 5 markers that separate a real boxed-lunch caterer from a retail counter scaled up: - Individual sealing at the kitchen, not assembly at delivery - Dietary labeling printed on every box, not stickered on later - Predictable lead times at every order size - A real catering channel: portal, invoicing, multi-location delivery - Operational reliability at the all-hands and conference tier We ranked the national chains, regional players, and best local caterers across 12 metros against all five. 🍛 Indian is the densest allergen-safe cuisine in corporate rotation. One menu covers vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-allergic guests, which makes it the lowest-friction choice for a mixed 50-plus team. The office playbook: - 4 service formats: boxed thali, buffet, family-style, staffed - Regional menus: North Indian, South Indian, Indo-Chinese - Serving sizes from 10 to 200+ people - Spice levels calibrated for a corporate audience Full guide: https://lnkd.in/gp7pJvNG #corporatecatering #officecatering #dietaryinclusion #peopleops #workplaceexperience

📋 The threshold for needing a catering checklist is simple: more than 25 people, more than $1,000 in spend, or a senior stakeholder in the room. Below that line, the team-lunch reflex is fine. Above it, the gap between "it'll be great" and "the chafers ran out at 12:20" is filled by process, not luck. We turned that process into five reusable artifacts you can run for any event: - A master timeline from T-6 weeks to the morning of service - A one-page vendor brief you paste into every RFP - A day-of run-of-show - Contingency plans for the four failure modes that actually happen - A post-event rating rubric that decides who stays in rotation Full playbook here: https://lnkd.in/g_DKgBXj #corporatecatering #eventplanning #officemanagement #peopleops #workplaceexperience

🥗 Vegetarian is not vegan, and for catering that one difference changes everything. Once dairy and eggs are allowed, paneer, halloumi, mozzarella, eggs, and cream-based curries unlock five mainstream cuisines, not a handful of substitutions. It also feeds a bigger room: roughly 5 to 10 percent of any office is strictly vegetarian, plus the 30 to 40 percent of flexitarians who happily take the vegetarian option when it is well made. Our guide covers the menu by cuisine, mixed-team portion math, the hidden non-vegetarian ingredients to flag, and what it costs. https://lnkd.in/g8-HVn4A #officecatering #corporatecatering #vegetarian #officemanagement #eventplanning

🍽️ Finger food is a format decision, not a cuisine. Get it right and one spread keeps a room mingling, scales from a 12-person happy hour to a 200-person reception, and absorbs vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests, because every bite is already separated. The test for office planners: one or two bites, a built-in handle, no drip at room temperature. Our guide breaks down 30+ ideas, the portion math caterers actually use, and per-person cost by format. https://lnkd.in/gUiUM4RY #officecatering #corporatecatering #eventplanning #officemanagement
