Trevor Oelschig shared thisCongrats to Jon Corn and all of Teambridge. Thank u Kira Krauss and Victoria Carlucci at Artisanal Talent for an outstanding partnership. -- let's go!Trevor Oelschig shared this🚀 Big news: Jon Corn is joining Teambridge as Chief Revenue Officer. Hourly workers power the industries that we all rely on. Yet, for too long, the tools given to them have been an afterthought. Jon knows what it takes to build and scale in complex markets. At Samsara, he drove massive growth by building a world-class team and a go-to-market engine that won in some of the world’s toughest industries. Now, he’s bringing that experience to Teambridge, pairing proven leadership with a passion for giving frontline teams the software they’ve waited too long for. We couldn’t be more excited to have Jon on board. Let’s get to work!

Trevor Oelschig shared thisBig congrats to Igor Marinelli, Gabriel Lameirinhas, and Leonardo Vieira and the entire team at TRACTIAN. Fuel's in the tank -- let's go!!Trevor Oelschig shared this🧢 I’m beyond proud to announce our $120M Series C funding, led by Sapphire Ventures, to accelerate our vision of becoming the definitive Industrial Copilot. While headlines are buzzy, there are no shortcuts in our path. Our efforts can be distilled down to four key characteristics: 1) a hard-driving, always-learning, zero-complacency culture 2) high speed ideation and development of new products 3) customer obsession coupled with speed of execution and 4) an insatiable drive and urgency to redefine the industrial category. Quoting Jim Vinoski, a manufacturing veteran, on his latest piece to Forbes: 'Tractian is on mission to deliver on the long-promised industrial nirvana of truly predictive and preventive maintenance.' Legacy tools have been around for decades, and they have long been the province of highly skilled and trained practitioners fighting with cumbersome tools and programs. We are democratizing those efforts, using technology to decrease the knowledge gap, and shifting the narrative from industrial assets being cost centers to being revenue generators. Thank you for doubling down on us: General Catalyst, Next47, and NGP Capital. And most importantly, thank you to all Tractian employees, customers and partners, to recommit to our mission.

Trevor Oelschig shared thisI’m thrilled for GC to partner with Igor, Gabriel, and Leonardo, and the team at TRACTIAN. Manufacturing is the backbone of the global economy. I’m looking forward to the impact that they will have on helping maintenance teams—the boots on the shop floor—keep industrial systems and machines running smoothly! Thank you, Vedant, Debjit, and Richard @Next47 for your partnership on this journey ahead.Trevor Oelschig shared thisOur Blue Cap 🧢 means to have boots on the ground with thousands of maintenance technicians and industrial frontline workers in the United States, Mexico and Brazil. We've added +$45MM dollars in growth capital from General Catalyst and Next47 / backed by Siemens, to fuel the potential of AI-Assisted Maintenance. I have a personal mission to elevate this category of workers in a highly impactful way. By combining shop floor expertise with our technology, The Maintainers will be able to anticipate and address issues with unprecedented accuracy and speed. As a son of migrant and factory worker, I drew inspiration from witnessing my father's struggles as a maintenance technician. Which led me to work in the world of the pulp and paper industries, where I encountered firsthand outdated solutions from established incumbents, prompting to seek innovative ways to tackle asset maintenance challenges. And we are also very excited to gain the support from new senior investors who are experts and well known in the industrial technology field, such as Andy McCall, Rónán de Hooge, Filip Kaliszan, Jim Baum, Ron Gill and Brian Requarth. I'd also like to thank for our existing investors and their continuous support: DGF Investimentos, monashees. And welcome to the board, Trevor Oelschig, Debjit Mukerji and Daniel Heise. Back to work ⚙️

Trevor Oelschig reacted on thisTrevor Oelschig reacted on thisSomeone once asked me the secret to raising billions. The real answer is humbling: you're only ever as great as the people you represent. I got to explore this with Patrick O'Shaughnessy on Invest Like The Best. The best fundraiser isn't a salesman - they're a Secretary of State. Someone who can walk into a room you're not in and have people say, "I know you speak for the President." That takes more than understanding the mechanics of a deal. It takes understanding what your candidate actually wants, and carrying it faithfully. For those of us who've done this work for a long time, the real dividend was never the money we helped attract. It's that you spend your whole career trying to get to the other side of trust - and if you do it authentically, what you're really building is friendship. It can't be any other way. Thank you, Patrick, for a conversation full of exactly that kind of curiosity. Link in the comments 👇

Trevor Oelschig reacted on thisTrevor Oelschig reacted on thisIn 2013, my co-founder Paolo and I had what a lot of people told us was a crazy idea: a cloud-based, headless Content Management System. No web presentation layer built in, just APIs to get content into mobile apps. We believed that content shouldn't be locked into a single channel - that it should be free to go anywhere, to any screen, any device, any experience. Getting anywhere close to this vision felt somewhere between ambitious and impossible. This is Paolo and me with part of the early team, at our first offsite, where we refined this vision together. 👇 Back then, headless wasn't obvious. Today, headless has become the industry standard. With the explosion of AI, headless will define the future for software and experiences. That's why I'm excited to share that for our next chapter: Contentful has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Salesforce. Salesforce, with their Agentforce and Headless 360 products, is the perfect partner for us. Together, we will bring the Contentful platform to organizations and agents at the next level of scale. The way content gets created, delivered, and consumed is changing faster than ever, and together we'll be at the center of it. None of this happened alone. A huge thank you to our incredible team, past and present - you are the ones who built this. To my co-founder Paolo, thank you for being there from that very first crazy idea. To our investors who believed early and backed us through every chapter. And most of all, to our customers and partners who believed in our vision - and in us. It's a who's-who of the European AI elite betting on a Swedish pre-seed. 🤯 The company is Stilla AI. The founders are Siavash Ghorbani and Kaj Drobin, both previously instrumental in building Shop and Shop Pay at Shopify. They came out of stealth in January 2026 with $5M from General Catalyst (the firm behind Airbnb, Stripe, and Snapchat). The insight: AI made individuals 10x more productive. But on the team level, that productivity created chaos. Speed without shared context = noise. Stilla is building "Collaborative Intelligence" a shared memory layer that keeps both humans and AI agents synchronized. Bot-free meeting recording. Live transcription. Deep integrations with Slack, GitHub, Linear, Google Workspace, Notion. Early customers already include Spotify and Ramp. Design partners include Lovable and Legora. Siavash nails the thesis: "Without real-time shared context, speed creates chaos. Getting everyone aligned humans and AI alike is now the single biggest unlock for companies." The future of work won't be human OR AI. It'll be human AND AI, coordinated. Stockholm is building the coordination layer. 🇸🇪 #StockholmTech #NordicTech #AI #SwedishStartups #FutureOfWork #NordicAI #SwedenTech

I originally wrote it as my "love letter" to a career filled with challenging and rewarding experiences. I never could have imagined the interest that it has generated and I'm greatful for everyone's comments, enthusiasm and support on the book. It's now a national best seller (#3 on USA Today's business section and #50 in the nation) and #1 on Amazon's business list as well. Thank you all for your letting me be part of a community that I love and cherish so much.

Trevor Oelschig reacted on thisTrevor Oelschig reacted on thisThe most frank conversation I probably had, ever, since founding Tractian. My relationship with Debjit Mukerji and the true understanding behind Physical AI, our company, our culture, and our cogs, is what made this very fun, insightful conversation. Being an entrepreneur is like playing Mario: Once you win one map, you are onto a much bigger map immediately after—no time to wait. 🕹️ Thank you NGP Capital - Full Episode on Youtube, link in #comments

Trevor Oelschig reacted on thisAgents are the biggest unlock for Stilla . We're 8 employees but we ship like a much larger team. 50+ agents running right now, doing work that would've taken us hours every day. What's special: agents are multiplayer by default. Your team talks to them where work happens—Slack, Linear, GitHub. Anyone can give feedback, redirect, improve. Every change makes the agent better for everyone, creating a flywheel of compound improvements. My favorite: an agent that monitors our #feedback channel. When someone reports a bug, it triages the issue, searches Linear to avoid duplicates, creates the ticket with full context, investigates the codebase to find the root cause, and—when it's confident—drafts the PR to fix it. Another one checks OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google blogs hourly for new models. When it finds one, it verifies API availability, generates a PR to add it to our codebase, and tests the integration before telling the team. We're using agents to build the agent product faster. And everyone on the team can jump in, course-correct, or improve how they work. Built for product and tech teams, but honestly useful for anyone.Trevor Oelschig reacted on this🚨 It's (a)live! Stilla Agents: AI agents for actual work! Our biggest update to date. Delegate work once and let Stilla handle it forever - securely with precise access controls and real-time company context. Companies like Coinbase and Stripe have dedicated teams building custom AI agents. Now you can have it too. Stilla enables secure, enterprise-grade AI agents to teams of any size & stage. Already used in production by Spotify Ramp Legora Lovable and many more. Just tell Stilla what you want to delegate: "When key accounts email support, write a PR with the bug fix #eng" or "Monitor competitor announcements & build the feature" or "Sync Linear roadmap to Notion after each planning session". Or trigger from Slack, Linear, GitHub when needed. That's it. No code. Natural language → working agent. You decide the balance of control and speed. - Trust them? Let them execute autonomously with precise guard rails. - Want to approve? They'll create visual proposals showing exactly what they're going to do (create issues, send messages/emails, update docs, draft PRs etc).

Trevor Oelschig reacted on thisTrevor Oelschig reacted on thisWe’re moving Tractian’s global HQ to Midtown Atlanta, into Coda at Tech Square, and we’re tripling our footprint here. Something I keep coming back to is this: we picked Atlanta over the Bay Area on purpose. Georgia has the kind of engineering DNA we care about. You feel it in the talent coming out of Georgia Tech, in the pace of builders here, and in how close you are to real industry across the region. For what we build, that matters. We build across AI, software, and hardware. We take noisy machine data in all forms, sensor streams, images, logs, and everything in between, and turn it into reliable signals and decisions. It all has to work in production, at scale, in the environments where machines actually live. If you’re in Atlanta or anywhere in Georgia and you’re into applied ML, DS, distributed systems, embedded, or building hardware + software products end-to-end, we’re hiring and I’d love to talk.

Honored and excited to partner with Drew Baglino and the incredible team at Heron Power as they re-imagine the electric grid for the modern world. Power in America is not zero sum. We deserve access to cheap and abundant electricity and we should win the AI race. And we must build the capacity to manufacture critical technology here at home. When faced with existential challenges, we deploy technology against them. And we win.
