Bath Fitter is looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant / Permit Coordinator to support our Wilmington branch.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, helping customers, staying organized, and keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
In addition to scheduling and administrative support, this position will assist with permit coordination and plumbing-related paperwork. Experience with permits, construction, plumbing, remodeling, or trade-related office work is highly preferred. We are also open to training someone with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
Schedule appointments, service calls, and follow-up visits
Enter and maintain customer information in CRM systems
Assist with permit applications, tracking, and related documentation
Support plumbing-related scheduling and administrative tasks
Prepare installation paperwork and job packets for installers
Follow up with customer leads and pending opportunities
Assist with office organization, filing, and administrative projects
Coordinate with the office team, installers, plumbers, and branch leadership to keep operations running efficiently
