Sr. Manager Level $135k to $150k

Manager Level $110 to $125k

Atrium is partnering with an industry-leading global manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Manager of Accounts Payable Shared Services. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced finance leader looking to drive operational excellence, lead global teams, and play a key role in a company-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation.

What You'll Be Leading

• Oversee global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable Shared Services operations.
• Serve as the business process owner for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Drive automation initiatives leveraging AI, OCR, RPA, and e-invoicing technologies.
• Improve payment performance, operational efficiency, and working capital.
• Strengthen SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Build and mentor high-performing global teams while partnering with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Operations leaders.

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

✔ 10+ years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or Shared Services experience

✔ 5+ years leading teams within a Global Business Services or Shared Services environment

✔ Experience leading ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives, preferably SAP S/4HANA

✔ Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and influence executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or CAPP certification
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, BlackLine, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
