About The Opportunity
Our growing insurance defense firm is seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorneys to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 2-5 years of litigation experience who are looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage cases independently while contributing effectively within a team setting.
Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation matters
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and hearings
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on litigation strategy
Qualifications
JD from an ABA-accredited law school (Required)
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar (Required)
2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
Strong written, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
