The Opportunity

• Advise insurers on complex coverage issues and policy interpretation.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights and disclaimer letters.
• Handle CGL, commercial auto and trucking liability matters.
• Exposure to declaratory judgment litigation where applicable.
• Work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative, specialist practice.

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years' insurance coverage experience (exceptional 3–4-year candidates will also be considered).
• Strong experience with coverage analysis, policy interpretation and insurer advisory work.
• Expertise drafting coverage opinions, reservation of rights and disclaimer letters.
• Familiarity with CGL and commercial auto/trucking liability policies.
• New Jersey insurance coverage experience is a plus.
