The Opportunity

• Advise insurers on complex coverage issues across a broad range of liability claims.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights and disclaimer letters.
• Handle declaratory judgment actions and insurance coverage litigation.
• Work directly with clients and partners on high-exposure, complex matters.
• Manage files from inception through resolution with significant autonomy.
