You will be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint through meticulous surface preparation, ensuring every vehicle meets our elevated standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Job Responsibilities: Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint by cleaning, sanding, and masking with a high level of precision Perform both dry and wet sanding techniques to achieve smooth, paint-ready surfaces Identify surface imperfections and ensure proper correction prior to painting Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Adhere to all safety protocols when working with chemicals, paints, and equipment Collaborate closely with painters and technicians to ensure timelines and quality standards are met Support restoration and custom build projects as needed

Qualifications: Previous experience in auto body, paint prep, or automotive restoration preferred Experience with dry sanding and wet sanding techniques required Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with vehicle systems is a plus Proficiency using hand tools and power tools Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and extended periods of standing Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
