What are your contributions to the team?
Lead meetings with other internal and/or external resources to resolve issues affecting the return to service of the aircraft.
Prepare accurate, complete, and concise technical reports and correspondence.
Support Business Aircraft customers and Field Service Representatives by troubleshooting, providing technical guidance and making technical recommendations on aircraft systems.
Provide executive summaries on high visibility AOG aircraft.
Create performance matrix including KPI’s to drive performance in the team.
Ensure quality feedback loop is completed when issues are found in the field
Perform monthly quality reviews of case handling and phone interactions for the team.
How to thrive in this role?
You have comprehensive technical knowledge and experience of aircraft systems for the Learjet, Challengers and Global aircraft.
You have leadership capabilities and quick decision making and resolution skills
You have a college diploma in aircraft maintenance or equivalent work history
You have an AME license or equivalent (an asset)
You must be available for off-site assignments on short notice (10%)
You are comfortable using MS Office Programs
You have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in problem solving in aircraft maintenance/manufacturing environments
You are customer focused and have strong communication skills
