Essential Functions

• Contribute to a broad range of design and engineering tasks, spanning traditional architectural work, self‑perform prefabrication, and technology/ICT support.
• Develop detailed 2D & 3D construction and fabrication models and drawings, working closely with clients and trade partners to support complex coordination.
• Produce visual content—renderings, graphics, animations, and other visuals—that improve project understanding and help support business development efforts.
• Lead BIM initiatives, maintain internal standards, and create new workflows that enhance collaboration between design, construction, and support teams.
• Help advance AR, MR, and VR capabilities while supporting reality capture programs
• Mentor and train project teams by sharing BIM/VDC strategies that improve project outcomes and promote a culture of ongoing learning.

Extra Responsibilities

• Assist in generating, reviewing, and interpreting reality capture outputs for use in models and project coordination.
• Research, test, and help implement new technologies, workflows, and best practices to advance company‑wide BIM/VDC initiatives.
