About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you should be a gritty, entrepreneurial, and intellectually curious person with a passion for sales and business development. You will take ownership of a territory, learn about your prospects’ strategic plans and help with the ideation and execution of outreach strategies. You will play a key role in the company's future and you'll get to do this while making an impact.
Earnings are uncapped and clear.
What You'll Do
Work with Partnership Directors to target, map, and develop prospecting strategies to drive new business opportunities within your territory
Execute daily prospecting activities via phone, email, and social to set introductory meetings with prospective customers
Tweak, develop, and strategize messaging and positioning to maximize outcomes of prospecting efforts
Come up with your own creative strategies (e.g. email drip campaigns) to build new relationships with prospects
Understand Institution's unique challenges, goals, and gaps
Be a thought leader with industry knowledge who is able to provide perspective on the value EdSights provides

$70,000 Base Salary
$85,000 On Target Earnings (Year 1 OTE)
