We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Client Manager to help grow our client base and expand our national presence. If you're passionate about business development, enjoy building long-term partnerships, and thrive in a high-performance environment, we'd love to connect.
What You'll Do
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, social selling, and strategic outreach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted staffing partner.
Identify hiring needs and develop customized staffing solutions.
Partner closely with recruiters to identify, present, and place top talent.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through signed agreements and successful placements.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.
Stay current on industry trends, hiring activity, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate client activity, job orders, and pipeline information within our CRM.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or full desk recruiting within the staffing industry.
Demonstrated success developing new business and growing client relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a national team.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results driven.
Experience using CRM and recruiting technology.
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
