Control Engineer

If you’re early in your controls career and want more than just troubleshooting machines, this is an opportunity to help shape how systems and data are used across a manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on PLC work with a growing focus on data, standardization, and system improvement. You’ll work directly with leadership and collaborate with experienced engineers to modernize controls systems, improve performance, and make better use of existing machine data.

What You’ll Do

• Work with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley and Siemens) to troubleshoot and improve performance

• Analyze machine data to identify trends and drive improvements

• Help standardize controls systems across multiple facilities

• Partner with engineering and operations teams on system upgrades and enhancements

What They’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of controls or automation experience

• Strong PLC fundamentals (Allen-Bradley required, Siemens a plus)

• Interest in data, analytics, and improving systems

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
