As the Founding Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Interim CEO, you will work directly with the Founders to help build, commercialize, and scale SetRents into a leading property management software platform.
You will provide executive leadership across fundraising, operations, sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, and business development while helping establish the company's long-term vision and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the company's $3M+ Seed fundraising initiative and manage investor relationships.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic investors.
Develop and execute the company's commercialization and go-to-market strategy.
Build and lead the sales and marketing organization.
Develop a repeatable sales process and scalable revenue operations.
Establish strategic partnerships that accelerate customer acquisition and business growth.
Hire and mentor key leadership team members.
Secure enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
Develop the roadmap for the company's future Series A fundraising.
Work closely with the Founder to execute the company's long-term vision and operational strategy.
Represent SetRents with investors, customers, partners, and at industry events.
