Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate who will focus on Speakeasy's digital consumer product offerings. The role will involve working closely with company executives and key go-to-market and development personnel on new product ideation/development and go-to-market and strategy related to Speakeasy's consumer-facing solutions.
Qualifications
Strong ability to deliver impactful new solutions, leading ideation to product roadmap (jointly with product/development teams)
A deep understanding of consumer technology, digital platforms, and marketplaces
Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to utilize design software such as Figma, alongside a comfort/familiarity with leading efficiency-optimizing tools and LLMs, is strongly preferred
0-4 years of work experience preferred

$85,000-$150,000 cash + equity (range is experience dependent)
