Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
THIS PERSON MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA OR TEXAS
6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 in a client
facing/account management role
- A great professional communicator, both written and verbal - Proven track record of managing and expanding complex customer
relationships effectively - Solid technical skills (Excel) - Experience with SQL, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (or similar CRMs)
is highly preferred - Ability to grasp and clearly explain complex technical concepts - Ability to respond to customer requests throughout the day - Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented (we’re a data company
and details matter!) - Self-motivated and proactive, with a “can do” attitude; willing to
pitch in and do whatever is required
