Job Description

  • Photoshop Engineering team is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to drive release readiness, engineering operations, and cross-functional execution for product delivery initiatives. This role will partner closely with Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to ensure successful planning, testing, validation, and release of product capabilities.

Responsibilities

Release & Engineering Operations

  • Manage end-to-end release readiness processes including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and release of product capabilities
  • Drive operational processes around testing, validation, bug management, launch readiness, and post-release reviews
  • Maintain visibility into release health, testing status, and critical path dependencies

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong partnerships across globally distributed teams
  • Facilitate decision-making, manage trade-offs, and drive accountability
  • Communicate program status, milestones, and risks to cross-functional stakeholders

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, workflows, and tools to increase team effectiveness and execution velocity
  • Drive scalable practices for planning, tracking, and delivery
  • Establish clear ownership, action tracking, and operational rigor across programs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, or related roles
  • Experience managing complex engineering programs and product releases
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), release management, testing processes, and engineering operations
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools
  • Bachelor's degree required

Compensation

  • Pay Rate: Up to $52.82 per hour
