Job Description

Design enterprise-scale, AI-powered solutions that solve complex healthcare, finance, and FP&A problems. Partner with finance leadership to transform business requirements into scalable Agentic AI, data, reporting, and cloud solutions.

Experience

Strong experience in enterprise AI solution architecture, FP&A, finance transformation, modern data architecture, GCP, Agile delivery, and product ownership.

Core Skills:

Domain Expertise: Healthcare, Finance, FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

AI Architecture: Generative AI, Agentic AI, Vertex AI, Vertex AI Agent Builder, conversational AI, and conversational analytics

GCP: BigQuery, BigLake, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub

Data Architecture: Data lakehouse, batch, streaming, real-time processing, data modeling, and data governance

Reporting: Reporting architecture, reporting transformation, Looker, and Looker Studio

Development: Python, SQL, Spark, and Kafka

MLOps: CI/CD, feature stores, model registry, monitoring, lineage, hallucination handling, and error-loop handling

Product Delivery: Agile, product ownership, product roadmaps, acceptance criteria, UAT strategy, planning, and execution

Governance: AI adoption roadmap, governance models, and enterprise-scale solution architecture

Leadership: Executive communication, FP&A leadership partnership, and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities:

Solve complex healthcare, finance, and FP&A problems through scalable AI solutions.

Translate business requirements into enterprise technology and Agentic AI architectures.

Define business logic and user-centric reporting formats for AI agents.

Align AI solutions with daily FP&A workflows.

Lead Agile product planning, roadmap definition, acceptance criteria, and delivery.

Define and coordinate UAT strategy, execution, and business validation.

Drive reporting transformation, solution adoption, and governance.

Partner with finance leadership and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver business outcomes.
