Executive Vice-President, Excellence

Role Description The Executive Vice-President, Excellence is a full-time remote role responsible for driving organizational performance, quality, and continuous improvement across all functions. This role oversees the design and implementation of excellence frameworks, including operational standards, performance metrics, and governance processes. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, aligning cross-functional teams around key initiatives, and evaluating enterprise-wide projects for impact and value creation. The EVP will lead reviews of operational efficiency, establish best practices, and champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity. The role also involves mentoring senior leaders, presenting performance insights to the board, and ensuring that excellence initiatives support sustainable growth and scalability in the blockchain domain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in executive leadership roles overseeing performance, quality, or excellence programs in technology or innovative organizations.
• Strong background in strategy development, operational optimization, and large-scale change management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, build consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of emerging technologies and digital business models; familiarity with blockchain or Web3 is highly beneficial.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience using data to guide strategy and measure outcomes.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities, including experience engaging boards and executive committees.
• Track record of establishing governance frameworks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
• Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed environment, with strong self-management and collaboration skills.
