Now they're looking for a Design Director to join the NYC studio at an exciting stage of growth. This is an opportunity to lead ambitious brand projects and shape the creative culture of the US team.

The Role

As Design Director, you'll lead the creative delivery of major branding and experience projects across a diverse range of clients. You'll set the creative vision, elevate the quality of the work, and ensure every project reflects both strategic thinking and exceptional execution.

You'll work closely with global leadership across New York and London, helping bring out everyone's best creative approaches to the US market while contributing your own perspective to the studio too. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, mentoring designers, presenting bold ideas to clients, and creating work that pushes brands forward.

Day-to-day, you'll combine outstanding creative thinking with exceptional craft and confident leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams from strategy through execution while building trusted relationships with clients and inspiring those around you.

The Person

You're an experienced creative leader who combines strategic thinking with exceptional design craft. You know how to inspire people, challenge ideas constructively, and bring clarity to complex creative problems.

We're after a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking alongside world-class creative execution and a passion for building brands that can create meaningful business impact. You'll bring excellent communication and collaboration skills, plus the ability to lead and mentor creative teams effectively.
