FULL-TIME, YEAR-ROUND POSITIONS: Security, Area Maintenance - Facilities Specialist

Full-time, Year-round Positions

Security $22.00/hr. - $25.00/hr. depending on experience

• This Security role regularly interacts with guests and staff and will assist them in various capacities. Responsibilities include monitoring Ski Area properties, including the responsibility for securing buildings, locking various doors and gates, and monitoring the property for fires, alarms, hazards, and other emergencies. Other duties include, but are not limited to accurately documenting incidents, parking lot management and liaison between the police and fire departments.
  
  

Area Maintenance - Facilities Specialist $27.00 $32.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience

• Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities, including kitchen equipment, (H-VAC) heating and ventilating equipment, and plumbing fixtures. Oversee compliance regarding fire protection systems. Oversee elevator maintenance contractors and perform monthly inspections. Work with state inspector to facilitate bi-annual boiler inspections. Assist in monitoring equipment and conditions at water and wastewater plants. Experience with refrigeration and CFC Certification, a plus.
