Fully Remote- Attorney

About the Role

We are seeking a talented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Attorney to join a growing litigation team. This is a 100% fully remote position open to qualified candidates residing anywhere within the United States.

The ideal candidate will have strong legal judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a collaborative virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategies and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients using virtual communication platforms.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active CA bar license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Proven experience practicing as an attorney.
• Strong analytical, legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
