𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Hematology & Oncology Advisor

Fruit Street Health is seeking an experienced Hematology & Oncology Advisor to provide strategic clinical guidance as we expand our digital health platform and develop innovative solutions that support patients living with cancer, blood disorders, chronic disease, and complex medical conditions.

This role is ideal for physicians with expertise in hematologic disorders, solid tumors, cancer survivorship, infusion care, value-based oncology, clinical research, digital health, remote patient monitoring, healthcare AI, precision medicine, and multidisciplinary care coordination. As a Hematology & Oncology Advisor, you will help ensure that our technology solutions align with real-world oncology workflows, physician needs, patient safety, and evolving standards of care.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Provide clinical and strategic guidance on digital health initiatives related to hematology, oncology, chronic disease management, remote patient monitoring, precision medicine, survivorship care, healthcare AI, and patient engagement.

• Advise leadership on oncology care pathways, physician workflows, patient education, multidisciplinary coordination, symptom management, and opportunities to improve care delivery through technology.

• Review new product concepts, clinical features, patient-facing tools, and AI-enabled solutions to ensure clinical relevance, safety, usability, and alignment with evidence-based oncology practice.

• Share industry insights and subject matter expertise regarding oncology practice, cancer care delivery, health systems, clinical innovation, pharmaceutical collaboration, and healthcare technology adoption.

• Participate in periodic advisory discussions and provide practical recommendations based on your experience caring for patients with hematologic disorders and cancer.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• MD or DO with experience practicing Hematology and Oncology.

• Board certification or board eligibility in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology preferred.

• Experience with cancer care, hematologic disorders, survivorship, infusion services, precision medicine, clinical research, digital health, remote patient monitoring, healthcare AI, value-based care, or healthcare innovation preferred.

• Strong understanding of oncology workflows, multidisciplinary care coordination, patient engagement, clinical quality improvement, and technology adoption within oncology practice.

• Ability to commit approximately 1–2 hours per month to advisory board participation and strategic advisory activities.
