running smoothly, we are looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance

Technician who\'s enthusiastic, capable, and detail-oriented.

**Your Role**

• Maintain and repair woodworking machinery (CNC routers, edge
  
  

banders, panel saws, etc.)

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment reliability
  
  

and safety.

• Keep detailed records of repairs, inspections utilizing a CMMS
  
  

system.

Position Requirements

• **2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
  
  

(cabinetry or woodworking a plus!)**

• **Familiarity with CNC equipment, PLCs, and electrical systems**
• **Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.**
• **Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset**
• **Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed and respond to
  
  

urgent maintenance needs.**
