Information Technology Manager

IT Operations Manager | Onsite | NYC | Up to $180,000 DOE

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing technology company building innovative software for enterprise customers. This is an opportunity to take ownership of internal IT operations within a collaborative, high-performing environment, working across infrastructure, end-user support, security, and office technology

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day internal IT support function, providing technical support to employees across multiple locations
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account creation, access management, and equipment recovery
• Coordinate hardware deployments and remote device provisioning for a distributed workforce
• Maintain and improve IT processes, documentation, and operational procedures
• Support conference room technology, audiovisual equipment, and meeting spaces
• Assist with office infrastructure projects, including networking, access control, and workplace technology
• Support internal network infrastructure, wireless networking, VPN connectivity, and firewall administration
• Assist with endpoint security, device compliance, operating system updates, and vulnerability management
• Administer mobile device management platforms and maintain hardware inventory
• Partner with internal teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration
• Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar Mobile Device Management platforms
• Experience with identity and access management tools such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including VPNs, wireless networking, and firewalls
• Experience managing hardware lifecycle, endpoint management, and device provision
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and endpoint compliance
