We design, sell, and distribute luxury home décor globally to interior designers and boutique/luxury retailers. About The Role
Reporting to the Director of Customer Service for Made Goods and Pigeon & Poodle, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for reactivating lapsed design and design-driven retail accounts through email outreach, dynamic phone conversations and in person selling at trade shows. This role involves providing product knowledge, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and drive sales goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. Strong communication skills and a passion for high-end home décor are essential. What You Can Do For Us
Conduct high volume outbound calls daily to lapsed or existing customers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up
Follow up consistently on quotes, samples, and open opportunities to drive conversion
Maintain detailed customer notes and activity tracking within CRM systems
Successfully close sales by identifying opportunities
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and invoice goals
Demonstrate strong knowledge about how designers work with the ability to provide product details, generate interest, offer solutions and problem solve
Excel at time management and meeting deadlines
Engage clients through outbound calls, emails, and interactions at trade shows and successfully build relationships
Add value to our customer by making the process easy, communicating updates and date changes
Communicate qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales directors for further development and closure
Collaborate with account managers, customer service, and sales leadership to ensure exceptional customer experience
Stay informed on product launches, industry trends, and competitor activity
Assist with trade shows and market events as needed

Requirements
Minimum of 3-years successful track record in outside sales preferably in the home furnishings industry
Proficient in Excel and Word
Strong MS Word/Excel skills
BA/BS degree
Comfortable reporting and working with customers and a leader who are remote
Demonstrates active listening skills and communicates clearly and effectively
Conveys excellent product knowledge and information and explains product features and benefits

Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Compensation: Hourly, with an annualized base pay of approximately $50,000, plus commissions on all sales. Successful team members have the opportunity to earn $80,000–$100,000+ annually through a combination of hourly wages and commissions.
