Laboratory Technician

Position Details:

• Job Title: Laboratory Technician II
• Location: Atlanta, GA 30336 (Onsite – 5 days/week)
• Duration: 12 months contract
• Pay Rate: $22/hour
• Requirement: Candidates must have their own laptop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC and GC, including sample preparation, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct acid, Brix, and particle size analyses.
• Prepare samples, standards, reagents, and mobile phases.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments according to SOPs.
• Document and review analytical results using digital systems.
• Utilize LIMS, Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps for data entry, reporting, and data visualization.
• Support GMP, GLP, QA/QC compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and assist with investigations of out-of-specification results.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of hands-on analytical laboratory experience.
• Experience with HPLC, GC, acid testing, Brix testing, and particle size analysis.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, QA, or QC laboratory.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps is a plus.
