What You Will Do:
As a member of this premier litigation team, you will take on immediate responsibility and play a meaningful role in cases spanning all stages of patent litigation. The work is challenging, fast-paced, and intellectually rigorous, offering unmatched exposure to cutting-edge technology and precedent-setting disputes.
Key responsibilities include:
Researching and drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion papers Managing fact and expert discovery Supporting trial and appellate strategy in complex patent disputes
Working closely with senior litigators on matters before federal courts and international tribunals
The ideal candidate is a junior litigation associate with strong patent litigation fundamentals and a deep interest in mechanical technologies.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of solid patent litigation experience
Experience drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and motion practice
Background in the mechanical arts with exposure to computer technology, coding, and or signal processing
Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
