We're partnering with a fast-growing premium food & beverage company to find a hands-on Logistics Manager to lead daily delivery operations across the NYC metro area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading frontline teams, and is passionate about building efficient logistics operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of delivery drivers
• Oversee daily routing and last-mile delivery operations throughout the NYC metro area
• Ensure cold chain integrity, DOT compliance, and food safety standards are consistently met
• Manage fleet scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and operational performance
• Partner cross-functionally to support business growth and optimize logistics processes
• Serve as a hands-on leader who can step in to support operations when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing drivers or frontline transportation teams
• Background in logistics, transportation, distribution, or cold chain operations
• Strong understanding of route planning, fleet management, and delivery execution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Food & beverage, refrigerated logistics, or last-mile delivery experience is highly preferred
